Job Purpose and Impact

In this Project Manager role, you will lead primarily low and medium rigor projects by serving as the integrated project manager. Project templates include Build, New Product, Services and Solutions (NPSS), and Other projects and programs within Cargill Protein North America. You will mobilize project stakeholders to execute and deliver successful results from concept to full commercialization of new products and/or new capabilities. The ideal candidate is a multifaceted professional who will provide strategic vision, lead the project team to align and deliver goals and objectives that meet our business needs within the time frame, funding and procedure requirements for accomplishing projects. Key Accountabilities
Partner with project sponsors to explore and validate project business case. Identify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget. Adhere to internal and external quality standards. Monitor and report on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing. Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum of two years of related work experience Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through written, verbal and presentation skills with multiple levels of stakeholders across Cargill, partner, and customer organizations Familiarity with Cargill’s, or other external, Portfolio & Project Management (PMP) frameworks Experience with Cargill’s Project Delivery Process (PDP) requirements Compensation

The expected salary for this position is $70K - $75K+. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
